Useful before impressive
The best apps usually solve a narrow problem with care. They make one workflow faster, one decision clearer, or one repeated task easier to trust.
Smaller surfaces compound
Small products are easier to learn, easier to support, and easier to improve. That does not make them less ambitious. It means the ambition is pointed at the user’s day instead of the product’s feature list.
